Refund / Return Policy

 

Nathaniel Jacobson LLC offers accounting products and services on this website. Products, which are generally print and media materials on accounting and tax subjects, cannot be returned for refunds. Defective items can be returned for a full replacement within 7 days of the receipt of shipment. Services by their nature are perishable and cannot be refunded or returned. Nathaniel Jacobson LLC's liability in respect to the services provided shall, in no event, exceed the most recent fees billed by us, and paid by the customer, for services ordered through this site.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Customers that order products and the services on this site that have not been started, fulfilled, or shipped may cancel their orders for a full refund. Customers must alert us via the email address below. Cancellations may take up to 3 days to process. 

 

Shipping Policy

 

Customers that order products on this site will receive their goods via the most expeditious carrier that uses the most appropriate means of delivery for those items. In general, print and media goods will be shipped via USPS media mail, but we reserve the right to ship via another method and carrier. Shipments of products will occur within 7 days of an order being placed.
